I did watch his debut in aew on YouTube but didn't watch most of his run in aew. I did side with him on his side of him vs the elite, but I just wish he would have handled that a little differently and in a different place, but someone comes in your locker room, and causes an altercation, what else can you do? I do see how he handled Jungle Boy over a glass spot which I understand and thought that it was unsafe. This is one of those, that this would be like Scotty 2 Hotty saying something to Kane or Undertaker. So, he kind of had no choice but to handle it in a way and that lead to him and Tony Khan having a falling out then Punk ended up getting fired.

The next question is where does punk go next? I doubt he will go back to Aew or go to roh. I think a new Japan is an option, but do they want to break their relationship with aew, so I highly doubt he will go there. Could he go to NWA? I think it's possible because of the tv deal with CW network but I don't think NWA could afford him other than a couple appearances. Which after nxt getting the tv deal which I found out later, punk going to nwa or nwa power, is highly unlikely that punk will go to nwa. I feel the same with Impact. Which is great Impact is rebranding to TNA the first of the year, but I don't think TNA could afford Punk other than a couple appearances. He could decide to step away and do comic cons or a podcast, but I think that in the future in like 5 years. Could he decide to go to ufc and just do commentary? I think for a couple events as in his 90 days period where he can't wrestle anywhere, but I don't think that is for the long term. He's on great term with Endeavor so, he could go to back to wwe. Either at Survivor Series, Royal rumble, or even a surprise at WrestleMania or even the night after wrestlemania. But he also could not go to WWE, but without the dirt sheets telling the world that he is not going to wwe, well what do they know is the question. They will report anything they are told even if it's a lie. So, we will have to wait and see what happens with CM Punk

How would WWE bring Punk back?

I think with Triple H taking over as creative and him being on good terms with Endeavor, I think it's possible for a return. But how could that happen? Does WWE need him? WWE doesn't need him and are putting out really good stuff on TV. WWE is also making record breaking profits and selling out every arena. But does that mean he couldn't return? I think he could still return as in a way for Raw to end up on USA as a way to pull something that would interest that network and get another tv deal. How could he return even though his last run was bad? Well Endeavor and Triple H could tell Punk, if you want to come back, then you will obey as in do what we tell you and not cause trouble. So, I think it's highly possible that Punk will return to wwe because he helped AEW make good money and he still a big star.

How would wwe use him? I think punk would be better as part time wrestler, as in a deal like Edge and Goldberg had in wwe. I think Punk work a few events, like Rumble or even WrestleMania. Also, Show up on big events like reunions and special events for WWE. I don't think he will, but he could even work overseas in Saudi for like a crown jewels event. I think he will work a few years as part time wrestler and go in the hall of fame. But how long does he have? As long as he healthy, even though he's 45 years old, he could go another 5 to 10 years. Who knows. We will just have to see what happens with Punk and WWE, and we will see in the future of how much longer of a career CM Punk could have.
