Frequently asked questions for shop

How to check out?

1. Click on item in shop. Item has name, description, quantity, and price. Also, you can by clicking add to cart under item.

2.  Check out using shop? Click add to cart, then check out after clicking item.

3. How to order? Enter your name, email and phone. Then choose payment method between credit card/debit card or PayPal. Then click check out button.

4. Order Successful! PayPal will go to PayPal account. Enter name and address in PayPal check out. Use credit card or debit card, by entering that in payment. I will get paid through stripe on that.

 

Payment options?

I accept PayPal, and credit cards. Contact for any issues. I also accept apple pay. Please contact if you can't use it in check out. I don't accept money orders.

Shipping options?

I don't do free shipping, and use bubble wrap on mostly fragile items, and just about everything I ship I use bubble wrap except, clothes and stuffed animals. I do offer international shipping. The shipping is a flat rate cost. Add product to cart, click view cart, then enter the shipping of your area. Please use the right area for the shipping cost that you live in, or I will cancel the order. I use USPS for shipping and all orders go out within two to three business days. Depending on weight, I can ship with UPS but usually try to ship with USPS.I usually ship Monday - Friday. I only ship stuff on Saturday that fit in the mailbox. If it doesn't, I will take it up to the post office the following Monday.

 

Local shop guidelines? 

Items that are local items for sale, can only be picked up in Lexington, SC. I allow pickups between 10AM - 5PM. Sometimes later depending on the buyer wanting to come get the item. Hit the contact pop up you see on the side to ask any questions or schedule a time to come on by. For the local shop for local stuff for sale, but all orders in that category are not for shipping, and only available by pick up. I don't offer delivery at the moment. But items for sale are pick up by local, and those items are not to be shipped.

 

Do we offer a return or refund policy?

Damages during shipping?

If an item ends up damage, please contact me. I'll try to work it out with you, either by a refund or sending another item of the same item or a different item as a replacement, and I offer a no restocking fee.

 

Can A Customer Change Their Mind?

What if the customers decide to change his mind? Before shipping the item, is fine. But after order arrives, the customer will get a full refund minus shipping cost when item is returned. Also, the customers will pay for a return like return shipping as in when returning back to me. If item arrives damaged, I will also take a part of that in the refund.
