Our refund policy ensures that you have a worry-free shopping experience with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a straightforward refund process to assist you in case you need to return an item.

  • But after order arrives, the customer will get a full refund minus shipping when item is returned. 

  • Also, the customers will pay for a return like return shipping as in when returning back to me.

  •  If item arrives damaged, I will also take a part of that in the refund.

  • I even pay attention to tracking.
  • But if an item ends up damage, please contact me.
  • I'll try to work it out with you, either by a refund or sending another item of the same item or a different item as a replacement.
  • No restocking fees.

  • We usually ship returns through USPS.
  • But sometimes, we accept them through UPS.
  • If item ends up damaged, the item is deducted from refund, but I will try to work with the buyer because I want you to be happy.

  • If you purchase an item, please use the right shipping address.
  • If you commit buyer fraud and use an address that isn't real or can't be delivered to, you will not get a refund.
  • I will try to work with you if I can, but if I have to purchase another shipping label to make this right, you will be liable to pay for it.
  • For anyone looking to commit buyer fraud, remember it is illegal, and you will be subjected to criminal actions with USPS.
